• Ability to gather documents, verify information, and support regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Gathers required documentation and prepares/verifies information for accuracy.
• Performs processing and ensures compliance with regulations and processes; may manage implementation plans.
• Acts as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, escalating issues as needed.
• Initiates, updates and verifies client or transaction details in systems; provides reports as needed.
• May provide general administrative support.
