Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is hiring for an AWM - Operations - Product Data & Performance - Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of investment performance data across PWM platforms.

You will apply quantitative methods to resolve discrepancies and support the Private Wealth Management business with reliable reporting. In this role you will partner with Compliance, Technology, and other Operations teams to maintain flawless performance data, investigate issues, and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure absolute accuracy and integrity of investment performance data.
• Serve as SME on performance methodology and solve complex challenges.
• Provide quantitative analysis to support PWM business with reliable reporting.
• Address client performance inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and other Operations teams to report data across platforms.
• Enhance control environment and identify opportunities for process improvements and new controls.
