Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound, phone-based sales or business development.
• Experience coaching outbound callers with measurable improvement.
• Proven ability to write outbound messaging, scripts, and email sequences.
• Fluency in a CRM and data-driven pipeline reviews.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• High integrity and comfort with regulated processes.

Responsibilities

• Make targeted outbound calls to prospective high net worth clients.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and schedule meetings.
• Log activities and maintain pipeline in the CRM.
• Follow structured outreach plan with weekly activity targets.
• Collaborate with advisors and marketing on lists and campaigns.
