Job summary

The Washington Trust Company is seeking a full-time paid internship in Wealth Management Operations in Westerly, Rhode Island. You will support daily activities, including processing client transactions, account maintenance, reporting, and operational workflows.

You will gain exposure to functions that support exceptional client service and wealth management solutions, with training topics and mentorship from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• College graduate, or pursuing a degree, in Finance, Accounting, or similar business-related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong language/communication skills
• Desire to gain experience from Wealth Management focused learning opportunities
• Must be available full-time (40 hours/week during business hours)
• Must have reliable transportation to Westerly, Rhode Island (this is an on-site internship)

Compensation & Benefits:

The good-faith estimated base salary range for this position is $39,520 - $41,600 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, education, and training.
