Equitable Advisors is seeking a leadership-focused Wealth Management professional in Kentucky to help grow and coach a team of Financial Professionals. You will network to attract talent, train via our virtual university and licensing programs, and collaborate with local leaders to align branch goals with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred but not required.
• Complete 12 months as entry level Financial Professional with licensing including State Life & Health, SIE, FINRA Series 7, 66 and a developed client base.
• Must pass FINRA Series 24 before leadership.
• Ability to leverage past experiences to develop markets and long-term relationships.
• Desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures.
• Knowledge of Equitable Advisors' products & services.
• High degree of self-confidence but team first attitude.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
