Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; eight years trust, investment or wealth management experience; two years management experience.
• MBA, JD, CFA or CFP; experience with equity and fixed income markets; twelve years trust, investment or wealth management experience; six years’ management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship development and sales goals for the Wealth Management & Trust Department.
• Coach and develop trust & investment officers, ensuring professional development opportunities.
• Lead the team in executing the department’s business development program and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and implement Wealth Management & Trust policies and programs aligned with bank objectives.
• Collaborate with bank specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients.
• Prepare technical proposals for presentation to existing customers and prospects.
• Oversee reports to the Wealth Management & Trust Committee and Board of Directors.
