Job summary

Wealthspire seeks a motivated finance student or recent graduate to assist in developing client financial plans, support portfolio construction and reviews, and reconcile data. You will learn by applying analytical techniques to real client scenarios in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include market research, allocation review of 529 plans, and presenting concise analyses. This role offers exposure to Wealthspire’s broad services and guidance toward CFP-aligned certification goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred, or an undergraduate/graduate degree program aligned with the CFP® certification.
• Demonstrated interest in financial planning and wealth management.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and initiative.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and preparation of client financial plans.
• Support portfolio construction, analysis, and client portfolio reviews.
• Reconcile and review financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct investment and market research to support client needs and firm initiatives.
• Assist with the review and allocation of 529 college savings plans.
• Research client-specific questions and issues and present findings to team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to gain exposure to different areas of the business.
• Develop and present clear, concise analysis and recommendations.
