The Private Foundations Services Team (PFS) of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank serves as a clearinghouse for the philanthropic interest of clients, offering guidance and execution support for Private Foundations. PFS facilitates over $500 million in annual giving on behalf of client foundations, collaborating with diverse grantee partners across various program areas. The PFS Team, comprised of Program Officers and Grants Managers provides guidance and support to clients and internal partners around grant making and family philanthropy. The group provides grant making services, assists in the development of funding strategies, and helps define and carry out philanthropic legacies.
The Grants Manager will oversee the grants administration process for multiple philanthropic portfolios, ensuring alignment with established goals and objectives. This role involves developing innovative strategies to enhance performance, maintaining the integrity of the grants database, and generating related correspondence. The Grants Manager will coordinate with internal partners to optimize grant-making strategies, manage risks, and present grant recommendations for approval.
