Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management offers an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I). You begin with Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) and learn to advise on a client’s financial picture with Bank of America's investment and banking solutions.

Successful ADP progress leads to the MFSA role in local Merrill Wealth Management offices. Upon completion, you continue to develop a portfolio of affluent clients and advance toward the core
