Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required; Life and Health Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Consults on investment and insurance strategies and develops financial plans.
• Acquires and expands client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Develops and implements investment strategies and presents recommendations.
• Coaches branch staff to identify opportunities and drive referrals.
• Meets with management to review results and pipeline; adhere to laws and policies.
