During rotations, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to onboarding, operations, tax processes, portfolio management, and comprehensive financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; all majors considered; finance/economics/accounting or business preferred
• Internships or experience in wealth management/financial planning/banking/insurance is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
• Comfortable with technology (Excel, CRM systems, financial platforms)
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the client journey across five rotations: onboarding, operations, tax operations, portfolio management, and financial planning
• Support advisors in developing comprehensive, client-centered financial plans
• Contribute to reporting, trading, and investment analysis
• Assist with paperwork, transfers, custodial processes, and client communications
