Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Wealth Management Consultant to lead sales initiatives within the Cross Channel segment in the United States. You will manage relationships with top firms, deliver engaging presentations, set performance goals, and collaborate with Senior Sales Force to optimize investor outcomes.

Territory: Kansas City. Base compensation includes bonuses and commissions with a strong growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in third‑party distribution with ETF, mutual fund, SMA and CIT knowledge.
• Ability to lead and motivate a territory team of wholesalers.
• Strong partnership with retirement plan and investment specialists to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage American Funds Distributions presence, relationships and business results with key firms.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to clients and prospects.
• Set and measure territory goals and performance against them.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Force to identify opportunities for better investor outcomes.
