Capital Group seeks a Wealth Management Consultant to lead cross-channel sales in Louisiana, managing firm relationships and driving investor outcomes. You will present to firms, coordinate efforts with internal wholesalers, and leverage portfolio construction expertise to improve results.

The role requires proven distribution experience, knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, SMA/CIT, and strong analytics with Excel/PowerPoint/Tableau. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in third-party distribution.
• Broad knowledge of ETF, Mutual Fund, SMA and CIT businesses.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with firms.
• Ability to lead a territory team with multiple wholesalers.
• Strong portfolio construction knowledge and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau for analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in Cross Channel segment.
• Identify firm and firm representative needs and coordinate efforts.
• Manage Distributions presence, relationships and business results.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations.
• Collaborate with senior wholesalers to drive investor outcomes.
