Job summary

Capital Group in Portland, OR seeks a Wealth Management Consultant to join our wholesaling team in the Cross Channel segment. You will identify firm needs, coordinate efforts to serve them, and manage American Funds Distributions relationships to drive results.

You will deliver motivating presentations, set and measure goals, and collaborate with Senior Sales Force members to uncover opportunities for better investor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in third-party distribution.
• Deep knowledge of ETF, Mutual Fund, SMA and CIT sales cultures.
• Ability to lead and motivate a territory team (Internal/Divisional/Regional Wholesalers).
• Strong portfolio construction knowledge and ability to synthesize complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment for Oregon territory.
• Manage American Funds Distributions presence, relationships, and business results with key firms.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to client partners.
