• Minimum two years’ financial services experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to interact by phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple WMAs and WMCs across the sales process, onboarding and servicing clients.
• Prepare advisors for client meetings, including updating financial plans and research.
• Process new and existing client transactions end-to-end with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with clients/agents on service questions and changes; resolve issues with minimal advisor involvement.
• Maintain compliance materials and client files, both hard copy and electronic.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
