Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Pursuing FINRA SIE, Series 7 and/or Series 66 (63/65 accepted) is desirable.
• Experience with client relationships and banking products.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
• Strong communication and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Client Service to educate clients on bank services and offerings.
• Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follows up on requests.
• Ensures practices align with bank policies to support operational excellence and manage risk.
• Identifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships by promoting banking solutions to FAs.
• Supports day-to-day team activities and covers roles during absences or seasonal needs.
