Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Client Service to the bank's clients through educating them on all banking offerings.
• Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follows up on requests.
• Supports operational excellence and risk management in line with bank policies.
• Identifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships, promoting banking solutions to the FA.
• Supports day-to-day team activities, covering roles during absences with a client-first mindset.
