Job summary

BNY seeks a Specialist, Client Service Management to join the Wealth Management team in Dallas, TX. You will provide quality support to clients, resolve transaction issues, and maintain relationships with strong communication.

In this role, you will respond to inquiries, offer basic technical assistance, route unresolved items, and ensure timely follow-up with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support to clients to resolve transaction and process issues on a daily basis, under general or direct supervision as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships by researching and resolving inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to phone, email, and other client inquiries regarding BNY products, services, and procedures; support may be provided under direct supervision depending on experience.
• Provide basic technical assistance on product features and elevate or resolve client questions and operational issues in line with role level and documented procedures.
• Route issues that cannot be resolved at the point of contact to the appropriate team and provide status updates on open or outstanding items.
• Review daily open items to ensure appropriate follow-up and closure.
