Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Private Client Investment Associate to provide dedicated client service and administrative support within Wealth Management.

You will assist Private Client Advisors with wealth planning, lead generation, and timely operational requests to maintain strong client relationships. The role involves processing account openings, money movements, and trades, while supporting risk management and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 license required or obtainable within 120 days of employment.
• If registered after Oct 1, 2018, must have valid SIE exam.
• Must obtain Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance licenses within 120 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors' book of business by processing account openings, money movements and trades.
• Build and maintain client relationships; process requests and provide up-to-date wealth planning information.
• Assist in relationship and account reviews; prepare timely performance reports.
• Engage in risk management including Know Your Customer procedures and account reviews.
• Support departmental procedures and regulatory compliance, including completing required forms and documentation.
• Prioritize daily work, track progress, and meet deadlines.
• Foster team culture and collaboration.
