You’ll serve as the primary contact for client needs, drive service excellence, and help advance enterprise objectives while maintaining risk controls.

The role emphasizes a client-first mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with FAs to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Required: FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66 (or 63/65) within timeframe.
• Advanced knowledge of investment products and markets.
• Client-centric mindset with strong work ethic and results focus.
• Ability to learn new information and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service to bank clients and educate on offerings.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of client materials; follow up on requests.
• Align practices with bank policies to support operational excellence and risk management.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through bank offerings and FA coordination.
• Assist with day-to-day team activities and cover roles during absences or peak periods.
