Qualifications

• 1–2 years in client service in a wealth management setting.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Fidelity or Schwab platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solid client relationships.
• Schedule client appointments for advisor.
• Handle client paperwork and transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support operations including account transfers, move money requests, and deposits.
• Document communications in Salesforce CRM and coordinate with Processing Manager.
