Job summary

Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a client service professional to support Financial Advisors and Client Associates. You will address service needs, coordinate with advisors, and advocate for clients while tailoring solutions to their financial goals.

Ideal candidates bring FINRA licenses or a plan to obtain them, a client-centric approach, and strong communication skills. The role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their life

Qualifications

  • Holds FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (63/65 accepted) or must obtain on hire.
  • Strong investment product knowledge and client-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrates motivation, ethics, and results-focused attitude.
  • Able to learn new platforms and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent client service to Merrill Wealth Management clients and educate on bank offerings.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client materials and follow up on requests.
  • Align practices with policies to support risk management and operational excellence.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships by highlighting bank solutions to support client needs.
  • Cover team activities as needed with a client-first mindset.
