With 2+ years of experience in wealth management or related environments, you will process money movements, open accounts, and support advisors. Proficiency with Salesforce, Fidelity Wealthscape, and Excel is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience in wealth management, broker-dealer, or custodian environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process money movement requests, account openings, transfers, and account maintenance
• Support advisors with reporting, client service, and operational requests
• Maintain accurate client data across CRM, custodian, and planning systems
• Assist clients with account access and account-related inquiries
• Partner closely with advisors and team members in a collaborative environment
• Take ownership of requests and ensure timely, accurate completion
