CMC Recruiting is representing a growing financial advisory firm in Katy, TX seeking a Client Service Associate to support Lead Advisors and deliver a high-quality client experience. This role is a vital link between advisors, clients, and custodians and requires a detail-oriented, service-driven professional.

The position offers a base salary of $65,000–$80,000 plus benefits, with opportunities to grow within a collaborative wealth management team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations/administrative experience in financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn multiple systems and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive, professional, and client service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to follow processes and manage tasks through completion independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and execute client requests in a timely and professional manner
• Handle client paperwork and coordinate processing with custodians
• Maintain and organize the firm's document management system
• Provide administrative and operational support to Lead Advisors
• Prepare for client meetings, including gathering and organizing client information
• Coordinate scheduling for client meetings (in-person and virtual)
• Track, follow up on, and document tasks within the CRM system
• Assist with Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall team success
