PowerToFly is seeking Registered Client Service Associates to provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors in cultivating client relationships. The successful candidate will interact with clients, manage service requests, and support day-to-day operations.

Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills, industry experience, and be detail-oriented. Education may include a High School Diploma and preferably a college degree along with active Series licenses. Qualifications

• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FA/PWA/team.
• Support FAs/PWAs/teams with client needs.
• Manage calendar and coordinate meetings.
