Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients.
• Support client onboarding, account opening, and ongoing maintenance.
• Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and performance summaries.
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
• Process transactions, transfers, and service requests accurately.
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance.
• Anticipate client needs and enhance the overall client experience.
