This role requires securities licenses, regulatory registrations, and the ability to coordinate across specialists to deliver tailored investment solutions. Strong leadership and client-service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses (or Series 7, 63 and 65) and SAFE Act registration.
• Maintain Form ADV-2B with client details and education background.
• Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm-approved designation.
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex work and influence stakeholders.
• Deliver outcomes with high execution standards.
• Track client actions and provide time-sensitive updates to the team.
• Attend client review meetings to deepen relationships.
• Engage with specialists/partners to address client needs.
• Manage client onboarding and resolve escalations.
• Assist in developing and monitoring client book segmentation strategy.
• Support investment strategy discussions and market developments.
