Job summary

ExpertHiring seeks a highly organized Client Relationship Manager to support its wealth management practice in Brentwood, TN. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and financial advisors, handling service requests, account maintenance, and documentation with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in client service within financial services, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills; exposure to Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of administrative and/or client service experience within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong client service and relationship-management skills.
• Experience supporting financial advisors or other financial professionals preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide responsive, professional service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while supporting their ongoing financial needs.
• Support financial advisors with daily client service and administrative responsibilities.
• Assist with opening new investment and financial accounts.
• Process account maintenance requests and other client service transactions.
