Baird is seeking a Client Specialist in Milwaukee, WI to deliver exceptional client service and support to Financial Advisors. You will coordinate onboarding, manage communications, and assist with account operations and client events.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Active licensing may be required in time, with training provided by Baird.

Competenze

• 2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workflow.

Mansioni

• Coordinate client onboarding and manage the prospect pipeline for Advisors.
• Support account operations and assemble materials for client meetings.
• Maintain CRM and manage communications, mailings and reporting.
• Assist with client events and seminars as directed by Advisors.
• Ensure compliance with firm and industry policies.
