Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's J.P. Morgan Advisors in Palo Alto is seeking a Client Associate to support Financial Advisors and deliver tailored wealth management services to ultra-high net worth clients.

You will work closely with advisors to provide personalized solutions and build lasting client relationships. You will handle onboarding, client communications, and investment support while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses upon hire or must obtain within 180 days.
• Proven ability to be a self-starter, own tasks end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively identify and deliver solutions for clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Own the client onboarding and account maintenance for new and existing clients, collecting information and providing investment quotes.
• Interface with clients and Financial Advisors to make investment recommendations and execute trades.
• Provide support across Advisor Services, Wealth Planning, Goal Based planning, and digital offerings.
• Perform daily administrative duties including money transfers, portfolio review prep, and client meetings.
• Serve as a liaison between Financial Advisor team, branch management, compliance and other units.
• Proactively support firm initiatives and participate in team meetings.
