Job summary

Bank of America Corporation's Merrill Wealth Management is hiring for the Advisor Development Program entry role, WMCA-ADP. You will support Financial Advisors, obtain licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) within 120 days, and progress toward becoming a Merrill Financial Advisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum one year work experience.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors and manage client servicing.
• Educate clients on bank’s service offerings.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy in client materials.
• Identify client needs and escalate as needed.
