Job summary

J.P. Morgan Advisors in Atlanta is seeking a Client Associate to support Financial Advisors and deliver a personalized wealth management experience for ultra-high net worth clients.

You will help with onboarding, account maintenance, and coordinating investment quotes while adhering to regulatory and firm policies. The role emphasizes communication, independence, and proactive problem solving, with access to the global resources of a leading financial services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of start.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own client onboarding and account maintenance with data collection and documentation.
• Interface with clients and Advisors to make investment recommendations and execute trades.
• Support a broad suite of products and digital tools for clients and Advisors.
• Handle daily administrative duties and client communications including transfers and portfolio reviews.
• Coordinate with branch management, compliance and other business units.
• Participate in local and national meetings and support firm initiatives.
