Qualifications

• Holds FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (63/65 accepted) or must obtain within timeframe
• Strong knowledge of investment products and client services
• Client-centric mindset with a focus on results and learning new platforms

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Client Service to clients through educating them on services
• Ensures timeliness and accuracy in client materials and follows up on requests
• Ensures practices align with bank policies to support operational excellence and manage risk
• Identifies and deepens client relationships while communicating outputs to the Financial Advisor
• Supports day-to-day team activities and covers roles during absences or seasonal needs
