Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Merrill Wealth Management by assisting Financial Advisors with client service, relationship building, and core banking solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate materials, timely follow-ups, and adherence to bank policies.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a client-centric approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new platforms while supporting a fast-paced advisory

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
• FINRA SIE certification preferred or pursued, Series 7 and/or Series 66 (63/65 accepted) is desirable.
• Experience with client service and investment-advisory processes is useful.
• Knowledge of banking products and investment services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service to clients and educate them on bank services.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follow up on requests.
• Support adherence to bank policies and risk management.
• Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships and promote banking offerings.
• Cover team roles during absence or peak periods with a client-first mindset.
