Hills Bank and Trust Company in North Liberty is seeking a full-time Wealth Management Analyst. This role involves leading analytical initiatives, managing performance data, and reporting on key metrics to support the Wealth Management department.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business and experience in banking or finance. You will also develop profitable client models and monitor department performance metrics while contributing to overall banking activities.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Average 40 hours/week. Additional hours as needed.

This position will develop, oversee, and lead multiple wealth management project management and analytical initiatives. The role works with minimal supervision and reports to the SVP, Director of Wealth Management to ensure the strategic goals of the Wealth Management Department are met. This position will identify, create, and vet information from production, compliance, audit, investment, and performance reporting necessary for department scorecard management and to help guide the behaviors of Wealth Advisors, Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, and support staff. This position will directly manage confidential employee production and compensation data, develop and enhance performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability in alignment with bank and wealth management goals. In addition, this role will create, track, and monitor client profitability models, fee income analytics, asset growth trends, and investment-related reporting for management, compliance, and overall portfolio performance. This position will actively serve on various Wealth Management committees.
