Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience required.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 required or pursued with sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to positively impact others.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to build and expand a network in established markets.
• Educate clients on a broad range of financial products and services and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Analyze client data, maintain confidentiality, and implement suitable products and services.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to optimize work-life balance.
• Operate in Kalamazoo/Grand Rapids area, engaging with local schools and municipalities.
