The role requires in-office presence, FINRA licensing sponsorship, and a comprehensive training program including a 120-day hands-on period, mentorship, and potential designation paths such as CFP/ChFC. Competitive compensation with stable pay and commission/bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience required.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 required.
