Job summary

Equitable Advisors is seeking driven professionals to join The Retirement Benefits Group (RBG) and help professionals in education, healthcare, and government secure retirement security. The role offers licensing, mentorship, and a path to becoming a wealth manager with support for CFP, ChFC, and other designations.

You will engage clients, educate on financial products, and coordinate service delivery while enjoying a balanced schedule and potential commissions in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing requirements.
• Values-driven with a track record of success and achievement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to positively impact others’ lives.
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
