Equitable Advisors in Greenville, SC is seeking individuals to join The Retirement Benefits Group to build a wealth management career. You will engage clients, educate them on products and services, and implement tailored financial solutions.

The program includes FINRA sponsorship, a 120-day Preliminary Employment Period, access to Virtual University, mentorship from a local Vice President, and leadership development opportunities, with support to pursue CFP and other credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing required or pursued.
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives.
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
