Job summary

Morgan Stanley Charlotte seeks a senior service associate to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. You will help manage client relationships, deliver an exceptional client experience, and assist with digital tools, portfolio holdings, and proposal tools while coordinating with teams.

The role requires 5+ years in wealth management support, a four-year degree or professional cert, and active Series 7/66 or Series 63/65 licenses.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position.
  • Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Active Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) licenses required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team and cultivate relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Support the FA/PWA/team in enhancing client relationships by delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Assist with meeting prep and tracking follow-ups for client service.
  • Ensure client service functions are performed timely and assign work to team members as needed.
  • Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (e.g., MS Online) and handle clerical orders as required.
  • Remain current on policies and platforms and share best practices with the team.
  • Assist FA/PWA/team with marketing efforts, client reports, and meetings as needed.
