Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position
• Bachelor's degree or professional certification preferred
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses required
• Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
• Technically proficient and fast learner of new platforms
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally
• Support FA/PWA/team in enhancing client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Prepare for regular meetings and track follow-ups
• Ensure client service functions are performed timely and assign work daily
• Provide backup coverage for client service responsibilities as needed
• Assist with digital marketing and business development tasks for the team
• Participate in firm initiatives and special projects directed by local management
