Claire Myers Consulting is seeking an Associate Service Advisor in Leawood, KS, to support an advisory team and enhance client experiences with a detail-driven approach. This in-office role sits at the center of client relationships, handling preparation, execution, and follow-through to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in wealth management or financial services, strong communication, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs
• Ensure timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses to client requests
• Manage follow-through and coordinate across internal and external partners
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and documentation
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, and agendas
• Participate in client meetings and capture key takeaways
• Ensure all action items and next steps are executed
• Support advisors in delivering a consistent, high-quality experience
• Assist with servicing investment and risk management strategies
• Support account maintenance and insurance coordination
• Partner with team members to ensure workflows are completed without gaps
• Identify and contribute to process improvements
