Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Menlo Park seeks a Wealth Management Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients, supporting advisory teams in account servicing, financial planning, and investment strategy.

You will collaborate with Financial Advisors to deliver tailored client experiences, prepare performance reports, develop presentations, and assist in client meetings while navigating market research and portfolio reviews.

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position required.
Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
Active SIE, Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses.

Responsibilities

Establishes and cultivates trusting relationships with new and existing clients, proactively helping them understand their investments and planning strategies.
Assists Financial Advisors / Private Wealth Advisors in the development and delivery of financial and investment strategies that address each client’s goals.
Leads a team-wide effort to organize, streamline and enhance a client experience emphasizing value, service and attention to detail.
Prepares performance reports and other data for clients, evaluating account performance and portfolio holdings.
