Training & Development
  • FINRA Sponsorship: Provided for required FINRA licensing.
  • Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): Comprehensive 120‑day hands‑on training.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Sign-On Payment Eligibility: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120‑day timeline for successful completion of company‑sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
  • Stable Pay: After successfully completing PEP, eligible for 20th Edition financial professional stable pay for the first 24 months, based on a structured 40‑hour workweek with $36,200 annually.
  • Commissions and Bonus: Eligible to earn commissions and bonuses in addition to stable pay.
  • Benefits Eligibility: Comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental and vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, disability, life insurance, and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program, each subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program.
