The role includes assisting with marketing initiatives, conferences or webinars, and client communications. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, funds, annuities, and managed accounts.
• MS Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel and internet applications.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Assisting FAs/PWAs/teams in delivering client service and preparing for regular meetings.
• Providing backup coverage for client service activities including money movement transactions and account inquiries.
• Educating or enrolling clients in digital tools and entering orders as needed.
• Assisting with marketing strategies (digital and in-person) including events, websites, social media, and email outreach.
• Preparing and reviewing client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems.
