Job summary

U.S. Bank in Arkansas is seeking an associate to provide sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Financial Advisors. You will assist in responding to client needs and supporting business development within regulatory guidelines.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior investment industry experience and proper licenses are preferred for success.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of investment industry experience
  • Series 6 or 7, 63 registrations and life, variable life, health and disability insurance licenses
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.38
