TIAA is seeking a Wealth Management Advisor to build a high-quality practice by managing an established book of high-net-worth clients and delivering tailored financial strategies. This is a sales role — in addition to base salary, you are eligible for a competitive variable compensation package tied to your book of business, sales performance, and key performance metrics. Your total compensation extends well beyond base salary and grows as your practice grows. As you continue to build and expand your practice, you'll have the opportunity for promotion that can unlock additional compensation enhancements along the way.

Base Pay Range: $100,000/yr - $110,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
