Job summary

Lead Advisor in Greater Chicago is seeking a Service Manager to deliver financial plans and prepare case materials for client meetings. You will also coordinate service for clients and prospects and serve as the focal point for workflow between teams.

In this role, you will act as Relationship Manager for a subset of clients, upholding confidentiality and delivering clear, professional communication using Microsoft Office and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in wealth management or investment management.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63/65 licenses.
• Life & Health License.

Responsibilities

• Execute delivery of financial plans and case preparation for client meetings.
• Prepare the Relationship Manager for client meetings and opportunities.
• Coordinate workflow and service for clients and prospects.
• Serve as the Relationship Manager for a subset of the company's clients.
