You will build a book of business, rely on leadership and relationship skills, and provide guidance across a holistic set of financial needs. The role emphasizes integrity, client service excellence, and leveraging digital tools to enhance investor experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or similar financial services experience.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and maintaining relationships.
• Strong goals-based planning and financial advice skills.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (63/65) licenses required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting.
• Active Life, Health and Long Term Care licenses required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions to clients with leadership and relationship-building focus.
• Provide comprehensive financial planning and investor coaching for individuals and families.
• Partner with Chase referrals and internal teams to deepen client relationships and expand business.
• Stay informed on markets and regulatory guidelines to offer sound investment counsel.
