Job summary

The Financial Advisor will manage an investment and insurance book of business, developing personalized financial plans and guiding clients toward goals. You’ll grow client loyalty, collaborate across branches, and work within a structured, compliant framework.

The role emphasizes client experience, referrals, and training, with in-office expectations and incentive-based compensation tied to performance.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required, typically 2+ years of relevant experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required, Life and Health Insurance required.
• In-office role with incentives based on performance and geographic location.

Responsibilities

• Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans.
• Acquire, expand and retain client relationships and manage a book of business.
• Develop and implement investment strategies and present financial guidance.
• Coach branch staff to identify investment opportunities and drive referrals.
• Meet with leadership to review results and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
